Re: 1998 Civic EK4 VTi
Yeah its a lad I know in the north east, got kevlar bonnet and kevlar rear spoiler, with DC5 blue Recaro's and Works TE37 rims in a custom blue (I think thats them lol) its sex wee material for sure
Its also got throttle bodies and some internal work not 100%, think EK9 cams etc. Went with them to JAE. Only thing is they've all got a thing about Rota's, they hate them, took piss out of Rota's even though some of them knew me and Andy both have them on our Honda's, we weren't impressed Whats wrong with them?!

Re: 1998 Civic EK4 VTi
theres SO much room in them engine bays for a turbo conversion its stupid - look at the gap inbetween the rad and the manifold

Re: 1998 Civic EK4 VTi
yeah, one of you two should turbo one - dunny you should either flog yours on the cheaper side and buy another one and turbo it or just revive it and spend the money on it. OR just sell it and get what we both know you really want haha

Re: 1998 Civic EK4 VTi
Not bothered if they're copies, saved over £1k lol Most of people I've met who have bought Mugen or similar high end of the market rims have been right muppets and brag about it, were plenty of them at JAE this year lol
Turbo coversion is too expensive for me, we're not all on £20k+ a year lol

I did have some Rays 350Z rims on my S14a, but they were already on the car when I bought it lol They were ok but I was gonna sell em and get some 17's instead but that plan changed and went back to VTEC

What do people think about a carbon rear spoiler? Seen some that look ok but if its a ball ache to sort out I'm not gonna bother

Re: 1998 Civic EK4 VTi
Was toying with the idea of a carbon rear lip but the Spoon exhaust would get in the way, old lip was taken off cos it was tight up against it and ended up bubbling the paint
